Leadership and Family Systems : A way of thinking . . .
Family systems thinking as introduced by Dr. Murray Bowen and integrated by the work of Rabbi Edwin Friedman has given clergy and other helping professionals a new lens on their leadership and the challenges of their work. Ongoing attention to the way we think and function results in less anxiety and more ease in relationships. Dr. Larry Foster and associating colleagues lead seminars for clergy based on the concepts and thinking of Bowen and Friedman and others.
